So I stumbled upon this nice little new tool. Or rather a whole package of different tools. I havent used them that long, and not sure I can give the full depth analysis of their full potential, but up till now they look really useful.

One thing in EVE in regards to tools is the issue of needing a whole bunch of different ones, to fully service all your specific needs and diversifications of work. So you might need to get one or two more then your main tools. Also the fundamentals in my humble oppinion would be the google tools. EVE is not called flashy spreadsheets for nothing.

So hands on assessment of EVE Tycoon is that is is a seriously relevant tool for “melters” those pilots that make their living from trading and melting ORE and EQUIPMENT. (and for some reason the EVE equivalent to the bible the Pax Amarria, an oxymoron if ever I heard one..) It also has a really good book keeping functionality.

Its best points is the UI design and its ease of use. Mark has done a great job presenting and describing the features and functions, so its fast to get started. A down side is its lack of assets management, and some of the “manual” elements, but all in all a really supreme product.

NB: A tool like this is key to regional traders maximization of profits..
